“Our AC would not go on, and it was Labor day so after calling some companies and finding out they weren't even open we called Air Care. They were open for business and thankfully so because it was over 90f! Air Care was very friendly and assured us they'd be over within a couple of hours. Jack, the mechanic from Air Care called in less than 2 hours and confidently told us he'd be over in 20 minutes to get the AC working for us (Thanks Jack)! Long story short, yes Jack was here and yes he kept his word!! He had our system running again and even gave us a huge discount for being a veteran!! Thanks again Jack for your help and reliability along with great customer service and thank you Air Care for being there when you were desperately needed. We highly recommend Air Care for all the above reasons.“

He came quickly after our call, he actually changed his plans to come over.
There was a strong stench coming from the AC unit and he figured it out right away that we might have a dead rat in the unit.
And he was right!!! A huge dead rat was sitting in the unit panel.
Adam went above and beyond, he removed the dead rat and made sure that there wasn’t any trace of other rats. He changed our filter too while he was there!!!
