Mac listens to my needs and any concerns then constructs a plan to achieve the results. I have lower back pain and certain activities, like running which I love, becomes harder the older I get. Mac’s put together a plan which includes strength and flexibility training to address my lower back. He’s been a tremendous help and helped alleviate much of my discomfort. The class moves at a fast pace, but it’s very approachable since each workout offers both regressions and progressions, making it accessible no matter where you’re starting from.
