“I have been in martial arts most of my life, and this is the most all-encompassing training centers I have found. For years I have searched for a studio that covers mindset, striking, weapons, grappling and have it all taught with street application. Hard to find, but GC Krav Maga has it all. They also host many self-defense and survival-specific seminars. The owner, Mr. Noi, creates an environment that is welcoming and also challenging for everyone. Every class leaves me with a great physical work out. GC Krav Maga is everything I have wanted, all in one location. There are many similar studios closer to my home, but I choose to drive 1 hour round trip to attend class regularly. Well worth it!“

“Best decision of my life was to come to VIP. I was tempted to try the work out camps that have popped up all over the city and Facebook/Instagram. However I opted for VIP because it offers a more personal one on one training. Erwin is a true professional in every sense of the word. Got to know me asked me questions and set up a plan. He is very patient and educates me as I work out on why I should avoid certain habits or foods and how to be a healthier person overall. Some of the things he has shared just resonate and when I'm trying at home it's like a light bulb moment, like aha! this is why! Erwin is a top notch trainer, not like the ones you see taking pics and posting selfies and videos while they're "training." Prices are reasonable for the excellent service and attention you get!. “I have been going to Michael for massages for over a year now, but I leave with homework. He provides exercise/stretch assignments based on my body's needs, and really takes the time to explain why he makes that recommendation and how it would impact my body. The first session, he evaluated my body and pointed out things I didn't know were taking its toll. When he asked me to do upper torso twists, he asked if my desk set up resulted with everyone approaching me to my left. Uh, yes ...? He is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. It's not your typical woo woo studio. It's unassuming, and it's effective.“

“I was injured in a car accident. While crossing the street I was hit by a car. My foot was crushed. My injuries left me disabled for about a year. After my surgery I started physical therapy about 4 months later. Was with them for over a year. Although it did help me a lot. It was t enough. I put on almost 20 lbs Not being able to move a lot. I joined back 2 basics training about 17 yrs ago and was very anxious to get back with Eric Bravo. If it weren' for Eric and Nargiz keeping me strong throughout all those years . I believe my injuries could have so much worse. Eric has been my trainer for quite sometime. There was a lot was not able to do anymore. I was getting very depressed. But now I'm back with Eric. Who has helped me tremendously. I feel stronger. I can squat again thanks to Eric. Everytime I see Eric. I see improvements in my body. I highly recommend Back 2 Basic to anyone who wants to get back in shape. Or has an injury that is affecting there quality of life. Eric has so much knowledge. “I have been a member at South Pas fitness since April and have thoroughly enjoyed training here! The gym itself has a real community feel. It is a good size, clean, rarely crowded, and has loads of different equipment and machines. The monthly membership price includes unlimited classes, which is a great deal. Furthermore, their PT staff is top notch. I started training with trainer Amber Meisner 3x a week and couldn't be happier with the results. First and foremost, Amber is an incredible and motivating trainer who knows how to encourage her clients while also keeping them accountable. Our weekly sessions are a highlight of my week. She's been instrumental in helping me improve my form which has made a huge difference in my workouts. Her attention to detail and cues help me to correct bad habits and build strength. Since starting with Amber I have felt more confident in my body and motivated to push my limits and get stronger! “If you require physical therapy Moti Highland Park is the place to go. Their staffing is highly professional, skilled and also very friendly. A big shout out to Dr. Lei Lee who first saw me 7 months ago when I was unable to walk due to recovering from a fractured patella. I am excited to finally be recovered enough to be able to return to my fitness class 4 days a week. Dr. Lei is highly skilled, personable and is dedicated to making sure her patients get the best care. The aids were also an extremely important part of my recovery. Although they are all very good, I spent most of my 7 months working with Charles and Paulina. They made sure I performed my exercises correctly and encouraged me to "keep up the good work" A big thank you to Dr. Lei and to the entire staff at Moti, Highland Park!“
