“Honestly, as much bad rap planet fitness gets, it is such a reliable place, you could do every workout without waiting for machines, not ever get disturbed by people or overwhelming crowds, and honestly, it's a good gym for starters or experts, I prefer Planet Fitness over Gold's Gym (I have both memberships) due to it being less crowded and how chill this gym is!!“

“This has to be one of the best gyms I have ever trained at! Haley and Kevin are truly amazing coaches and people! They want you to succeed and help you every step of the way. From the Gi classes, Nogi classes, and fundamentals class. You will have all the tools to improve your jiu jitsu game and stay active. I trained with them for a year and two months before moving states and wish I could stay in Long Beach just for this gym! If you are looking for a gym, Jiu Jitsu League is the one for you.“

“I really hated to workout. When I found out my blood pressure was elevated and my cholesterol was out of whack, I immediately decided to start taking better care of myself. I guess I can say I've never committed to sticking with a workout program and/or diet. I turned to Scott at BodyFlex LBC. He suggested a workout regime for me and introduced better choices as far as nutrition. Scott is an amazing trainer. He's professional, approachable, motivating, kind and really stresses the importance of working out safely without injury. Since I have been working out, my blood pressure and cholesterol are now within normal range!“
