    Over the past three years, I've had the pleasure of embarking on a fitness journey with Tony. Let me tell you, I'm not your spring chicken anymore at 48 years old. My job demands a lot from me physically, and I'm also a devoted family man. Prioritizing my health and sustaining good energy levels weren't really on my radar until I started training with Tony. It's safe to say that working with him has transformed my perspective.Now, I can genuinely attest to what it means to feel lean, strong, and youthful. If you're serious about elevating your fitness and overall well-being, Tony is the man you need to connect with. He's not just the real deal; he's a true expert in his field, and his knowledge shines through in everything he does.From offering invaluable guidance on nutrition, optimizing sleep, recommending the right supplements, crafting tailored workouts, aiding with recovery, and helping me navigate the challenges of an aging body, Tony has been my guiding light.     From day one, my journey with Tony has been nothing short of exceptional. What stands out is the personalized attention he gives to his clients. Initially, I had approached with toning goals, but as my priorities shifted towards flexibility and back pain alleviation, he seamlessly transitioned the training regimen to cater to my evolving needs. Even though I have continued to tone and dropped 4% body fat and gained 3 pounds of lean muscle. Tony and his teams' keen eye for detail is unparalleled. It was brought to my attention that I developed workout habits that were incorrect for years! Like my breathing patterns. With their guidance, not only have I noticed a difference in the gym, but the positive changes permeate my everyday life as well. The recovery sessions with the vibration guns, stretching, and cupping are a highlight, reinforcing the fact that here, the client's voice is genuinely heard and respected.Having trained with other fitness professionals in the past, I've often felt like a mere tick on their checklist, a progress photo to flaunt. While the results were often impressive, they weren't always tailored to my personal needs, rendering them unsustainable. In stark contrast, the ethos at Tony Tran Fitness is to craft long-term, sustainable fitness journeys.On a side note, I adore exploring new gyms to meet new people. The ambiance at Tony's gym is inviting, devoid of intimidating cliques. The camaraderie among members creates a comfortable and welcoming environment that makes every visit a pleasure.Life gets busy, and I appreciate the understanding nature of the staff. Missing a session doesn't invite guilt trips but understanding and flexibility.To sum it up, if you're seeking a gym where your individual needs are prioritized, and the atmosphere radiates positivity and inclusivity, Tony should be your go-to. Five stars for genuine care, professionalism, and a holistic approach to fitness!

    The first step is always the most difficult to take. Prior to working with Tony, I had, admittedly, tried very little but thought I'd done so much. I'd done the new gym signup every year and watched the videos and read the books, but nothing came of it. All I did was tell myself what I was going to do, but never followed through consistently. I always had the excuse that I was big and that it was more difficult for me. The small amount I did do was 'good enough' for someone my size and then I'd reward that. Tony provides accountability, that's where he excels. Along with that, he happens to be an excellent trainer that could teach me about body mechanics, muscle movements, breath control, proper nutrition, recovery, etc. but first, he made me show up and I did. And that's what I needed. I needed the person to call me to tell me we were going to swim at 5am the next morning in Long Beach. Or to tell me to get hiking boots because we were going to climb Cucamonga Peak that weekend. I needed someone to tell me that my running form wasn't proper, so while I couldn't even handle the 3 min. cardio session at the end of the workout, we were strapping up to do a 3 mile jog down the riverbed every couple of days. And I showed up.Point is, if you're at a place where you need something to push you and it's not yourself, you've found it. Set up an assessment with Tony, invest in yourself, and show up.
