“My water heater had been giving me trouble for several months. It finally "died" on President's Day--of course, on a holiday! My fault, I should have cared for it earlier. I bothered Alex on the holiday asking when he could get out to my home to install a new water heater. I was surprised he even answered the phone on a holiday much less able to fit me into his schedule the next day! Alex and his son were responsive, informative and quick. His price was very fair. Just like all the other reviews state, Alex provides quality service at a good price!“
