“Kevin showed up early, knew what he was talking about, went about unclogging my drain quickly and explained in easy to understand language what follow up drain care was needed and why. I agreed that hydro jetting my drain was the best next step and Kevin returned the following morning, beating his promised arrival time by nearly an hour, quickly completed hydro jetting my sewer line and scheduled a return for his team to scope my drain and give me a written report, with photographic documentation, on its condition and future prognosis.What's not to like about this experience? Only one thing, the cost. For this, Kevin is not responsible. He was up front about the cost from the beginning of service. Researching the internet and other hydro jet service providers showed that Roto-Rooter was significantly more expensive than many others by hundreds of dollars. Whether this was because other providers had hidden fees that would be revealed when they showed up to work, I don't know.Furthermore, Roto-Rooter Kevin, not responsible for setting their prices, should be evaluated only on the basis of the service he provided, which was excellent. Sure, I think Roto-Rooter is overpriced, but when all was said and done, the peace of mind I received and the quality of service and professionalism provided were excellent. Thank you to Kevin.“
