“Following the tropical storm, I had a problem with my bathroom' backing up. I knew that I needed plumbing assistance. I have used KC's 23 1/2 Plumbing In three previous jobs and decided to go the same route. Jesus Carillo from KC's arrived at my house the next morning. Prior to commencing work, he informed me what was needed and how much it was going to cost. I gave him the go ahead and he proceeded to snake out the line which I thought was going to be a simple job. Unfortunately, this did not work as the snake drill became lodged. Jesus found out that there was a broken pipe blocked with rocks. Unfortunately, this was found to be lodged under the front patio. Jesus explained the procedure and pricing necessary to proceed, Gasp! He then proceeded to jack hammer the concrete and dug down 3 ft and there he found the pipe plus rocks. This was repaired and I was up and "running" again. Jesus was most professional and did great work and cleaned up after the job was done. Yes, it cost me money! however I thought that the billing amount was fair, and I would use Jesus and the company again.“
