“Just wanted to give "major kudos" to Mr. Issac Mailhot of Dynasty Plumbing. I was at the Home Depot in Beaumont because I was having a problem with the toilet anchors breaking off. Mr. Mailhot overheard my question with the Home Depot guys (who were steering me in the wrong direction), and not only did he give me advice, but told me how to resolve my problem, showed me what part and tools I would need, and gave me his number in case I had any problem. “I called Nick to install a new sink and garbage disposal. He came out and gave me an estimate. I called him on Friday to let him know the sink came in. He said he could come out on Sunday to install it. He arrived with Mike and they installed the sink. Mike finished installing all the plumbing. The work looks fantastic. They left it cleaner than when they arrived. There was no extra charge for coming out on a Sunday. I've used Nick before and will use N.I.R. again. He's honest and friendly.“
