Just wanted to give "major kudos" to Mr. Issac Mailhot of Dynasty Plumbing. I was at the Home Depot in Beaumont because I was having a problem with the toilet anchors breaking off. Mr. Mailhot overheard my question with the Home Depot guys (who were steering me in the wrong direction), and not only did he give me advice, but told me how to resolve my problem, showed me what part and tools I would need, and gave me his number in case I had any problem. Instead of discouraging me from doing this task myself; he indicated that I should be able to handle this project (and I did). This review is long overdue but my husband and I wanted to make sure we give kudos to Isaac with Dynasty Plumbing. Our house was in need of a re-pipe and after a lot of searching we came across Isaac who provided us with the most reasonable quote and came to our rescue right away. Isaac completed the re-pipe quickly and delivered top notch quality work. He was very communicative, friendly, and did some extras for us.
