“Just wanted to give "major kudos" to Mr. Issac Mailhot of Dynasty Plumbing. I was at the Home Depot in Beaumont because I was having a problem with the toilet anchors breaking off. Mr. Mailhot overheard my question with the Home Depot guys (who were steering me in the wrong direction), and not only did he give me advice, but told me how to resolve my problem, showed me what part and tools I would need, and gave me his number in case I had any problem. Instead of discouraging me from doing this task myself; he indicated that I should be able to handle this project (and I did). This gives me great confidence that Mr. Issac Mailhot of Dynasty Plumbing is not only a professional & knowledgeable plumber, but an honest man with integrity.
