I called Nick to install a new sink and garbage disposal. He came out and gave me an estimate. I called him on Friday to let him know the sink came in. He said he could come out on Sunday to install it. He arrived with Mike and they installed the sink. Mike finished installing all the plumbing. The work looks fantastic. They left it cleaner than when they arrived. There was no extra charge for coming out on a Sunday. I've used Nick before and will use N.I.R. again. He's honest and friendly.

From the initial call to the final day of service, NIR responded promptly, professionally and most importantly clean and friendly. We had to repipe our whole house! Nick, the owner, came over right away and after walking through the house he explained to us his recommendations and also gave us a reasonable price. My wife likes to ask lots of questions and Nick was able to answer them all with ease, which made us feel confident in going with this company. We got 2 quotes to repipe the house by the way. We then scheduled the repipe which included plumbing in two restrooms, a kitchen and removing an old water heater to go tankless. The repipe process was performed primarily...read full review
