Following the tropical storm, I had a problem with my bathroom' backing up. I knew that I needed plumbing assistance. I have used KC's 23 1/2 Plumbing In three previous jobs and decided to go the same route. Jesus Carillo from KC's arrived at my house the next morning. Prior to commencing work, he informed me what was needed and how much it was going to cost. I gave him the go ahead and he proceeded to snake out the line which I thought was going to be a simple job. Unfortunately, this did not work as the snake drill became lodged. I had KC 23.5 hour plumbing out to the house today. I have a plumbing issue.Once again, the Employee that came out (Dana Gold) was so very professional, HONEST, and took the time to review my options. Dana treated me as if I was family to him. He took the time to explain everything 100%.These guys are the BEST IN TOWN, thank you very much Dana Gold
