“The end product is beautiful -- really beautiful! We had ORD replace our main bathroom cabinets sinks and faucets. What was a 1-2 week job as noted in the contract turned out to be way longer. No complaints on the workmanship but Octavio (the owner) desperately needs a little help in project management. This took way longer than I expected. I suggested to him to keep his customers informed. If there are delays -- OK -- but show the order dates and then corresponding proof of delays . Don't start the demo April 1 and then not install the new cabinets until May 16. Octavio made up for mishaps with discounts and things thrown in -- some of which I was unaware were my costs, which he then covered. He did offer a free cabinet over the toilet and roll-out shelving for the doors under the sinks, plus the cabinet pulls. That was generous. My advice to future customers: YES USE ORD but stipulate deadlines in the contract with consequences for not meeting them. Also ask to be outlined in the contract what are the customers' responsibilities as far as buying parts and their costs. Be prepared to prompt Octavio for updates. He responds very quickly. Octavio said he wanted my bathroom project to show the end-product in order to attain the other bathroom remodels and to do my kitchen, but I cannot be without a kitchen for 2 months. Yes -- an impressive end-product. We love it. I'd love to see what he can do for my kitchen, but in a more timely manner.“

“I actually scheduled with a different door company, but they were about a week out, I had a very short window to get this project done for my client. I got a hold of Donna at Acme sliding glass door repair. She scheduled me the very next morning today at 8 AM. Dylan and Will showed up at about 8:30 AM, explain to me about what was going on with the door, the age of it what they could possibly do to remedy it, taking a bodybuilder to close it. Within an hour two of them, this is an old school sliding glass door keep in mind, but within an hour they had it all apart, new rollers, and back together and working better than new. Acme sliding door repair will get all of my business from this day forward. I am a handyman with a local business that I own some jobs. “We hired DC&M builders to do an extensive master bathroom remodel.Project involved removinging two huge corner windows, enclosing the area and adding smaller opening windows, walk in shower, new custom size vanity and flooring.Mike was the original project manager, project got started, then the delays....We opted to use Onix shower enclosure which is a custom sized and made on order. Once the order is place, it takes 4 to 6 weeks for those parts to arrive. Custom vanity also had to be ordered, which again took 4 -6 weeks after the final measurements were available.Sergio and crew did an awesome job in demoing and enclosing that corner of the house, so that AC did not have to work excessively hard to keep the house comfortable.Unfortunatel in the middle of the project, Mike was no where to be seen or heard from.... No information was coming form the main office... Sergio did not have much information either. They kep doing small bits of work, a few hours at a time, them be absent for a few days.... seemed like no end in sight.Finally, we were informed that there was a new project manager, KC. We were relieved when we met him, and he laid out the steps towards the completion of the entire project.Things started moving along... and after 6 months our master bath remodel was completed.Thanks to KC, Sergio, Mike for initial help in design, Turbo Glass for the shower glass work (even though they had to replace the glass door due to flec in the shower door), and most excellent wood working company (whose name I don't remember - regretfully)....The only reason for four stars is due to delays and lack of communications during the time of their absence from our project.“
