He is by far the most professional and passionate contractors I’ve ever met, I am currently a real estate developer and have rey remodel all my houses and he has never disappointed me. While every contractor charges an arm and a leg this company keeps prices fair and sometimes even throws in some small little fixes out of the kindness of his heart. I will be continuing to use Ray for all my future projects in hopes that anyone that is considering to work with Romero select surfaces will not be disappointed at all.“
“I highly recommend CalSpecInc. Because Vera was very thorough and professional, my tile man was replacing a cracked tile by the shower head and found a leak, we had him tear down the one wall by the shower head to find out if we had mold, the 2by4’s were rotted and we saw some black stains on the wood, we hired Vera to do a mold test and once she got the lab results back it was positive that we had mold, then Vera recommended I hire a mold remediation company and I hired Kings remediation and they came and sealed everything off and spent all day cleaning the mold a fumigated the bathroom for 24 hours, when they were done they advised me to do another mold test before I rebuild the shower to make sure the mold was removed, they recommended I use someone else which I did and and the test was negative, I was happy with their service but I have to say Vera was more thorough and tested all over the house and outside and documented everything with pictures. I also recommend to go through your home owner’s insurance because everything cost me about $15,000 and I could have probably saved a lot of money. Edwin“

“Earlier this month, Manny Gonzales of AST Stone came by our house to give us a quote for a new Granite top for our newly rebuilt kitchen Island. Manny was very professional and made us feel at ease. we gave him information on the type of Granite that we had previously picked out at Arizona Tile, (A great place to shop for any type of stone). Later in the day we received a quote by email which was a great price for the Granite slab, fabrication and installation. (We had other quotes that were much higher). We accepted their proposal and within a few days, AST sent out their Technician Ted, to take measurements and do a template. Within the next week, We were notified that the Granite was ready for installation. Ted arrived with his crew and perfectly installed the perfect beautiful Granite counter top with our new undermount double sink. Holes were perfectly drilled for faucet, soap dispenser and dishwasher push button. The workers were very careful to keep the area dust free and clean. All in all, they did a great professional job and we are delighted with our new kitchen island. Hats off to AST Stone Corp. of Coachella.“
