Valley Patios was such a great experience.First of all the product is amazing and Valley Patios gets all the permits and works with you to optimize your space and city guidelines. Also built to last with all things being approved by city.Second of all and most important the Team was incredible. I had to communicate with them via email and phone due to I live in Canada. They built the Patio while I was away and kept me up to speed and even sent pictures of progress.I was looking at many options and I am so glad I went with them for the reasons of Peace of mind on price, build and service.

Very pleased with our new Aluminum Patio Cover - Lattice Joe Pfingst was very professional. He had his laptop and during his first visit, he gave us a rough estimate, He explained clearly the process, the material that will be used. I had a short time to do this project, but Joe was able to arrange it and it was done withing two weeks, where as other compnaies I had contacted told me I had to wait two months. We only got two bids and Valley Patios bid was lower. The patio looks nice. We asked if he could give us a senior citizen or AAA discount, since we were close to Memorial weekend, he gave us $200 discount, so it won't hurt to ask.
