“Across the 5+ decades of my experience of home ownership, I've had cause to hire a lot of people to install or fix something. Yesterday, Gabriel of E-fficient HVAC installed a new hot water heater for us and I'm delighted to share that this experience was one of the rare ones; it was entirely positive. “Big thank you to the guys at thumbs up plumbing!!! I work a lot and am very grateful to be able to get my quote/appointment over the phone. Other plumbers insisted on seeing it in person but with thumbs up plumbing I sent a picture and answered a few questions and that was that. I was looking for someone to fix a diverter for three handle shower, water was not flowing properly.

The plumber Eddie was very chill and down to earth, I have a lot going on at my house (dogs, cats, people coming and going). I forgot to tell my upstairs neighbors we had to shut the water off and he offered to tell them for me ? though it ended up not being an issue because he finished the job in a bit over an hour. My shower is now working! And also the drain in the tub that was draining slowly is working better too, not sure why (a different company told me 400 for the drain !) but I'm not complaining.
