“My bathtub/shower faucet decided to break late Friday afternoon before a long weekend (of course). The water was gushing out of the faucet and could not be turned off!! I called a few places recommended by friends and none could come out until the following Tuesday - yikes so much wasted water! Other plumbers said the tub had to be lifted out of its base & fixed from underneath at a cost of almost $900! Edward was able to tie the tubing to a bamboo stick & pull it thru to connect it to the motor & it took only a couple minutes and saved me hundreds. He's easy to talk to , the best plumber I've ever had !!!“

“Across the 5+ decades of my experience of home ownership, I've had cause to hire a lot of people to install or fix something. Yesterday, Gabriel of E-fficient HVAC installed a new hot water heater for us and I'm delighted to share that this experience was one of the rare ones; it was entirely positive. First, when I was calling around to select a company to do the job, Gabriel was completely responsive and over the phone quoted us his flat rate for installing a 50-gallon heater. Every other company cited a range of cost and insisted on sending someone for an estimate. It was so much better and more efficient to be offered a flat cost without add-ons, upsells, conditions, estimates or haggling not to mention that Gabriel's quote was better than any of the others. He arrived on time and promptly set about removing the old heater and replacing it with the new. As our home is built on a hillside, our water heater is under the house and is a tricky installation. “We needed a few things worked on, replace leaky hot water shut-off valve under the kitchen sink, adjustment to the kitchen sink drain so that it would not come apart (and leak), and adjustments to faucets/drains which were out of line and didn't plug correctly in our master bath. Scott fixed all of these things and also found another small leak which he fixed. He also made the space under our kitchen sink look tidier by making sure the hoses and wiring under the sink were not in a jumbled mess. Overall, Scott is very personable and explains clearly what he's done, and even advises how we could do some small things ourselves.“
