They came out to give a no-cost estimate within 24 hours of being contacted.<br><br>They had plenty of recommendations and were very communicative and easy to deal with. The work, once scheduled was done quite fast and cleanly.<br><br>We had an issue with a supplier shorting them of some product and Emmanuel was super apologetic (again not his fault) but communicated the issue with updates daily and completed work as soon as the product was delivered. Just treated us like human beings.<br><br>The caliber of work was fantastic and we’ve received numerous compliments (as well as just being super pleased ourselves)<br><br>Would recommended them to anyone looking for a good job done well.“

“It has been raining hard and my renters who live upstairs called and reported that the roof was leaking. I called Ramos Roofing because I've had a previous experience with them. About 10yrs earlier, I had desperately needed a downspout which they had come and installed expertly and then they waited patiently for payment which took a couple of weeks. The downspout still is there in its place. I never forgot their kindness to me at that time. Long story short when I called Lauro on Dec 31st, he came looked at the roof and said he would be back on New Years Day to make the repair. His crew returned on New Year's day (the only sunny day where rain is not predicted) did the repair to my roof and also cleaned a garage gutter and downspout not connected to the main house. They have done a total of 3 repairs on my roof in the last 10 yrs and all repairs have been successful. I truly appreciate their work, their professionalism and their care.
