“We had several roofing companies come out and bid our project. Excelsior was on the higher end of the bids and they were very busy and couldn't start immediately. But there was something about their professionalism that struck us. They listened to, and addressed all of our requests, laid out the details of the project and replied in a timely manner. They arrived at our house on time, and attacked the roof with what seemed like an army. The were incredibly polite and respectful during the project and worked super clean. “I'm so happy I settled on Ace. After a few interviews with other roofers, they did everything right, right from the initial inspection, findings, recommendations (chimney was crumbling) and pricing. He took a lot of photos of what they saw needed done up there. The crew did the recovering, etc. in a couple days and did an excellent job. The installed more efficient gutters, and when torrential storms came about 5 months later and water backed up and came inside a wall, causing bubbles under paint in bathroom, they came right over a day later and added one more drainpipe to gutter on each side, letting it drain faster in a deluge. No charge! Excellent, professional, local company. At least have them come to inspect your place to compare with other outfits. I think Teddy did the inspection here.“

“With the latest New Year's Eve storm, our roof began leaking around our chimney area causing several leaks through our ceiling. I left a message for ACME on NYE.I got a response back quickly that they were not open until Tuesday.I got a message early Tuesday morning and Jose and Angel arrived promptly at 10:30. They were quickly able to find where the leaks were coming from. They patched up the area and said they would check to ensure it kept the water out.Craig , the owner, left me a message and advised that they could seal the bricks in the spring to ensure that this wouldn't happen again.Great experience and very happy with their professionalism and service.ACME roofing is the best!!!“
