“James and Jason from Pipe Spy did excellent work opening up our blocked 100 foot sewer lateral and then took a video to show the pipe was clear to the sewer main. They explained options for preventing tree roots from getting into the pipe in the future. I hope to use Pipe Spy for future plumbing work.
Pipe Spy personnel returned to replace a section of broken sewer pipe which had allowed tree roots to enter. They were careful to protect plants growing around the pipe and did excellent clean up. All in all we were very pleased with their people and the work they did.“

There was a one star review here that said their response time was slow and not confidence-inspiring. While I did feel that way at first, (I was about to go with another company before he messaged me after some time) the way he took care of everything from the replacement to the certificate made up for it.“

“Big thank you to the guys at thumbs up plumbing!!! I work a lot and am very grateful to be able to get my quote/appointment over the phone. Other plumbers insisted on seeing it in person but with thumbs up plumbing I sent a picture and answered a few questions and that was that. I was looking for someone to fix a diverter for three handle shower, water was not flowing properly.

The plumber Eddie was very chill and down to earth, I have a lot going on at my house (dogs, cats, people coming and going). I forgot to tell my upstairs neighbors we had to shut the water off and he offered to tell them for me ? though it ended up not being an issue because he finished the job in a bit over an hour. My shower is now working! And also the drain in the tub that was draining slowly is working better too, not sure why (a different company told me 400 for the drain !) but I'm not complaining.
