Cindy was the best! What doesn't she know!? Time before last she even sent me to a competitor because they didn't have the peace in stock. Who does that? Cody, the other guy, is just as helpful.... Next time I'll just wait for the part to come in. My new go to Supply house!
The store manager, Cindy, went above and beyond to help me figure out the best product, ensure it was in stock, and have it ready for me when I arrived. Solid selection of plumbing parts and tools, as well as fully stocked hardware store. Will be returning.

When it stopped working, I was bereft since I was having trouble finding parts to get it working again.Totally unnecessary! Bud at the parts counter had my part, knew a great plumber with the experience to install it (and MacGyver the flush handle) - all easy peasy.Great customer service, great selection and if you're in love with vintage toilets, this is the place to come
