“My old tankless water heater died about 14 months ago and Keith installed a new Navien replacement unit. Keith did a fantastic job, working within a very tight space and adjusting plumbing fittings to work within the constraints. Two months later, the water heater stopped working. Keith responded immediately and noted that a manufacturing issue had been discovered that resulted in many units with bad control boards. In order to process a warranty claim, Keith was supposed to diagnose our bad unit, send it in, and order a replacement. To save time, Keith ordered a replacement at his risk and replaced the control board the next day.Now, 14 months later and I wanted to perform annual maintenance to descale the unit. The procedure I used on my old water heater did not work and once again Keith responded promptly and suggested a possible solution. Worked first try! I really appreciate Keith's customer service and workmanship. Keep up the amazing work!“

I called Javier after noticing that our driveway drains were backing up, forming pools of water in the driveway. Over the course of the next few days, Javier diagnosed several crushed and root-infested sections of our drain pipes, dug them out, and properly repaired them. He was communicative and transparent throughout the process. He also brought an electrician out to see why our sump pump had stopped working during his work. “We had a garbage disposal that was leaking, contacted Costello's, and were able to get an appointment the next day. Miguel was our service technician, and he was great. Quickly diagnosed that a replacement was needed and explained why, left to pick up the parts, then returned to complete the installation -- all in the same appointment. Miguel will also talk you through pro's and con's about different choices (what to fix now, what to wait on, etc.) and explain each step of what he's doing. This is our third repair with Costello's (all for different causes). Highly recommended when you have an emergency leak of any kind!“
