They were responsive to all my requests and questions before during and after. We were able to get the job done quickly and it was done well. I will be calling them back again. We replaced an old concrete sink in the garage. The new sink has been immediately useful and so glad we finally made the change and that it turned out to be easy with Taz Plumbing.
"TAZ Plumbing" is a company based in San Leandro, CA. It's service area is the central East Bay area. I found this company using Yelp Projects. I had a dripping shower head, and decided it had to be fixed after I saw my latest EBMUD water usage report. I setup my service request on Yelp, and Taz was the very first response. Thru direct messages, we agreed on a Saturday appt. The tech showed up on-time in an unmarked truck, and politely introduced himself. The tech inspected the problem, and gave me an estimate of $375. I needed a shutoff valve replaced, which was tricky because of the ancient galvanized steep pipe. Taz was responsive through the Yelp app, had the best price, and didn't try to upsell us on an expensive re-piping. He worked quickly and the new valve works perfectly -- no leaks.
