We had a garbage disposal that was leaking, contacted Costello's, and were able to get an appointment the next day. Miguel was our service technician, and he was great. Quickly diagnosed that a replacement was needed and explained why, left to pick up the parts, then returned to complete the installation -- all in the same appointment. Miguel will also talk you through pro's and con's about different choices (what to fix now, what to wait on, etc.) and explain each step of what he's doing. This is our third repair with Costello's (all for different causes). Highly recommended when you have an emergency leak of any kind!

Very quick response, and the job didn't take overly long. We had them completely repipe our 98-year-old house with copper. Never wanted to have to deal with floods again! They did a few squirrelly things, which we had to pay to have redone, and they left somewhat of a mess for me to clean up, but basically the job is done and hallelujah for that! If you are repiping, btw, my General Contractor told me, you are supposed to insulate the hot water lines. They didn't.
