Reyes Heating and Air has installed a heat pump mini split AC in our bedroom, and replaced our old school gas furnace with a terrific whole house heat pump heating and cooling system. Our PGE bill went way down, their work was excellent, and the office very communicative. Today, they really came to our rescue! We had installed a heat pump mini split in a mid term rental income property prior to discovering Reyes HVAC. The heat function stopped working on the day a new guest arrived, when it was about 46 degrees out. I called Reyes and Udiel was able to send a technician the next day--not an easy feat during the coldest time of year. Stephanie in the office was terrific with follow up and Udiel called me to explain what had been going on with the unit before wonderful technician, Carlos, had even finished packing his tools. 10/10!“

Per usual, he gave detailed report and suggested 1 immediate part, an igniter, which I signed off on. “I had the annual HVAC inspection and maintenance done by a competitor of Aaero, and was hoping to get an estimate for less than $500. Imagine my shock to get an estimate of $32 THOUSAND!! And hard sell, hard sell, hard sell. I "need" new ductwork, new insulation (some old rat droppings), new AC unit, new everything, and this schmuck didn't even change the air filter. The more I insisted I needed to talk to my CPA first, the more the price came down, and the more I was pressured, but he finally left. A friend I was moaning to later said to call Aaero for a second opinion. They came, they saw, they conquered! Their insp'n/maint. charge was all of $545, incl. a new filter. Ductwork, insulation, AC unit: all good, no issues. My friend did me a solid by referring me to Aaero. They've got a loyal new customer for life.“
