I manage 89 Apartments in Novato and we rely on Raven for our AC & Heating to take care of our issues. We just had a crane here to take off 5 AC/Heating units and replace them with brand new ones. It went so smoothly, then the crew got to work to install the new units. We are so Happy with Dave, as he is so reliable and helpful every time we call. I couldn't imagine calling anyone else because we have so much faith and trust in Dave's expertise. If you have any AC or Heating issues, I Highly recommend Raven & Dave. They are honest and trustworthy and get the job done so efficiently.

January 2023In the middle of the worst storm (by my recollection) my tenant's heater went out. I tried fixing it myself - to no avail. I called Raven and they were there the next morning and fixed the heater in no time. It was not an easy fix, but their expertise got the job done. At a very reasonable price no less!Their quick response, professionalism and knowledge of the issue allows me to highly recommend their services.

Dave and his staff are truly great people to hire. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, trustworthy, responsive...that is what I experienced with Raven Heating. When my old heater died, Dave gave me a quote for a high efficiency replacement. I felt confident in his recommendation and very fair price. The installation done efficiently, cleanly, and professionally. He also took care of the permit process. As a added bonus, I was blown away by the service after the sale.
