If anyone has ever been in the unfortunate position of having their heater/furnace go out during the holidays, and cold of winter please read on!Nothing is worse than having to pay for multiple visits from service technicians to repair the problem only for the heater to break down again weeks later, and being told you probably need to buy a brand new furnace when your current furnace is only 10 years old!I found Richard Osorio on Yelp, and based on the positive reviews I decided to give them a call. I was extremely lucky that Arturo "Art" Torres answered that call, and was literally onsite within 90 mins the Friday before Christmas."Art" took the time to listen to our story regarding the furnace, and equally as important, reviewed the invoices & statements of work from our previous service technician visits to figure out what work has been done to not duplicate any efforts.He was amazing in talking us through what he initially diagnosed as the issue, as we are not furnace experts, and was very honest about what work he proposed to keep the cost(s) down while allowing us to make an informed decision on the best path forward.We were confident in his abilities, and trusted him to get to work which he did ASAP. “Honest and Knowledgeable--Highly Recommended!We have a through-the-wall air conditioner which started to make some new noises when turned off. I called JB Refrigeration. As it was not an emergency (not a hot spell), he came out a few days later and after listening to my AC, diagnosed the problem. We discussed several alternatives (being an older, cheaper unit and he wasn't sure he could even fix it), we settled on one (no repair) and we were done. I was impressed with his overall knowledge and the fact that he was willing to discuss a no repair option (for the time being and until it went completely kaput). This gives me time to research getting a replacement unit. He even offered to come back and help with the install if needed.In a heart beat, I would call him back if needed.“
“I manage 89 Apartments in Novato and we rely on Raven for our AC & Heating to take care of our issues. We just had a crane here to take off 5 AC/Heating units and replace them with brand new ones. “It's Winter and our heater from 1992 or 1994 finally went out. I noticed it stopped working on a Sunday, called on Monday afternoon and Sean came out to take a look around 5pm the same day. The crew showed up the next morning (Tuesday) on time to replace the heater (too old to get parts anymore). It wasn't cheap, but what is these days. They were able to replace in less than 24 hours from my initial call. You can't get any better than that! I didn't realize how quite heaters are supposed to be! I don't have to turn up the volume on the TV when it kicks on anymore! I really appreciate their speed and professionalism, especially in the middle of Winter!“

Our heater also powers a radiant heating system - so not your basic setup.I cannot recommend Hydrotech enough. It is so rare to have such professional and efficient interactions. Communication was easy from the minute I reached out (including on the 4th of July!). Quote process was smooth and Denis was patient with my questions. The actual replacement happened only a couple days later. Very nice job - not hesitating to rework some adjacent pipes that needed work. Had a few more questions / pipes in the radiant system that needed to be air drained and Denis came back a few days later and very graciously took care of it.Thank you!“

They replaced a faulty gas valve... $200.10 out of 10 will call again.“

I called and spoke with Jenine on several occasions about underfloor heating (actually the manufacture of the product I was interested in suggested I call Radiant Way which is hos I found them) and she was very helpful and knowledgable. I would recommend this company to anyone. When I had a concern about my tile installer working with the product Jenine told me not to worry that he could even talk to the owner of the company for advice if he needed it. This type of quality service is hard to find in the home remodeling arena I have found so hats off to Radiant Way & Jenine for 5 start service!“

“Brought my Ford van in needing to get the A/C working same day. I suspected freon was out. They took me right away (go at 8am when they open), were very professional. Determined it was indeed out of freon, but also had a condenser leak that long term meant condenser needed replacing. Thw whole thing took less than an hour. Only reason for no fifth star is, they did not tell me before starting there was a $125 minimum inspection fee. The whole job was $225 which is high compared to a typical $75-100 freon replacement. But, they took me right away, found the long term problem and were very professional as I said.“
