Reyes quoted and installed a Heat Pump system for me, replacing our aging gas-fired heating system. Udiel Reyes, the owner of the business, did the design and quote, and came on site intermittently to assess progress and guide his employees during the install.This is a 5 ton system in a fairly large home, controlled remotely using Alexa and a smart thermostat, and the install was not a trivial effort, taking nearly 5 days to complete The installers were Bryan and Saul, and they worked hard and knew their stuff.End result: the system worked and worked well from the get-go; no followup visits to fix problems needed. After a quick walkthrough of my HVAC challenge, Reyes scoped out a project that they thought would fully resolve the uneven heating in my home. A few weeks later, two extremely professional technicians came, taped up the whole area to prevent a mess, replaced a lot of our ductwork and added a new vent in a large room. They finished the job with a verification of the airflows across the house. A few days later I can confirm they've completely evened out the heating issues we were having. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company given the top notch work they did.
