“I have been going to Fitnello for two years now and I couldn't love it more! Fitnello is unique in that the classes are strength training based, focusing on different muscle groups each day (e.g., glutes, shoulders/triceps, back/biceps, quads/hamstrings) which allows you to make progress and see RESULTS and avoid injury. Elina (the owner), Angelina and Moira are always there to help encourage you and use correct form. Fitnello also offers nutritional guidance and I am so thankful for everything they have taught me in regards to following a meal plan. I will be a member for life!“
“I've been looking for a gym that has high intensity circuit type workouts that both fits my schedule and fitness goals. The coaches are very friendly and will help adjust your form so that you can get the best workout possible! There is enough variety in the workouts that I feel any day I go will be a good challenging workout. I appreciate that there are focused cardio days so I can opt in when I feel like I have the energy because cardio is very important for stamina and I feel like classes I've taken at other studios in the past do not focus on cardio. I also like that there are televisions that demonstrate the workout movements throughout to help remind me what is going on lol. Overall recommend this gym to anyone that likes HIIT and circuit training type workouts!“

“This has been by far the best experience I’ve ever had working out. David not only makes it enjoyable, but he pushes me to be the best version of myself every time I train with him. He is extremely knowledgeable and is always answering any questions I have about the workouts that we do, along with ensuring that I’m doing the workouts correctly (most trainers could care less, but not David!). Not only does he know what he’s doing, but he is by far one of the friendliest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. The overall experience has been amazing, and I’ve seen big improvements in myself since I’ve started going. “Body by Vlad was the best choice I made in my fitness journey. I never worked with a trainer before and was self conscious if we would be a good fit for the goals I have (finishing a marathon & getting in good shape). Linea my personal trainer is so fun and easy to work with she is very accommodating and super helpful with pointers and tips how to workout one set of muscles just by changing my form a bit. I enjoy every session with her. Vlad provided me with general guidelines for a meal plan and they are so versatile that it gives me a lot of room for creativity in making meals within portion size guidances. Also the fitness app that helps you follow a workout plan when you workout on your own is so helpful that it feels like the personal trainer is there with you! If you are doubting about getting a PT to help your fitness journey definitely get BodyByVlad you won’t look the same afterwards.“
“Soon into the pandemic my wife and I started to go to Casey for personal training. Well, my wife was the one putting in the work-out while I did light cardio and listened to Star Wars audiobooks. We were very comfortable with how clean the gym is and the level of attention it gets. Earlier this year I finally decided it was time and started my training. I've got some issues with my shoulder which made me a bit nervous about doing some things. I didn't need to worry, Casey expertly works around and through my issues. Casey is very knowledgeable and really very good at getting the most out of the work-out. I'm already seeing great results! Also, definitely check out his Recoup Room. There's a magic massage chair and other stuff that has totally helped me a few times with some lower back pain“

“The trainers at IW are welcoming and supportive. They genuinely accept each participant at any level and encourage us to challenge ourselves while being non judgemental when we are just getting started. I'm retired, and this workout studio has been a blessing. I feel so comfortable here with the small group workouts. Keeps me coming back. I could never be this consistent at a large gym where I was more just a face in the crowd. Some IW participants come with injuries, back problems, or are pregnant, and the trainers give modifications. They are really good about remembering the need for those modifications, as well as remembering the participants' individual goals and reason for being there. Seems like people tend to stay members for many years and are regulars at the workouts. That's impressive! There are about 5 trainers that lead the workouts. Each has a different style; they are all lovely humans. I encourage my friends to try different trainers when they start out. Whether you want to build back your muscle mass (like I do), or you want something else: to be buff, or to lose weight and keep it off, or you just want to live a healthy life-- this is a Sacramento gem. The fixed fee covers as many workouts as you want. Even though it is more than the monthly fee I've paid at any gym, it is so worth it. I've never been this consistent or hooked on workouts. So grateful I finally walked through those doors.“
