I was fortunate enough to get invited to Life Changer Training Institute and I’m so glad I did. Rudy is an awesome life coach! I just started my journey just over a month ago and already seeing results with strength, energy & focus. I wanted to get my body in shape at 50, but realized one of the biggest benefits of Life Changer is getting your mind in shape! As a small business owner, I am always looking for ways to improve and Rudy helped me create a winning mindset that I can use in all aspects of my life. Highly Recommended!!

As a retired first responder, health and fitness have always been a top priority for me, and I am always looking for new and improved ways to achieve my goals. I discovered Life Changers Training Institute about a year ago through a friend with similar fitness goals. Over the course of the last year, Rudy has proven to be an excellent resource, and his knowledge and experience in training has allowed me to far surpass what I had thought was possible at this stage in my life. Rudy does a fantastic job taking into consideration your past experience, and current capabilities, to customize a program to help you reach your health and fitness goals.

I have been going to Rudy for a few years now and love it! Both my husband and I have multiple old sports injuries, etc. and I have a few medical issues, and Rudy knows how to work around it while still giving me a great workout. He works with pro athletes, past athletes, and anyone who just wants to get in shape. As the walls in his office can show you, he can get anyone in shape as long as you are willing to do the work. Rudy is a great trainer, is down to earth and listens to your goals. I would highly recommend checking out Life Changer Institute!
