There are so many things I like about Jason, his gym and his transformation program. First Jason is the most knowledgeable trainer in the area, secondly he makes a custom food and workout plan specifically for you that is easy to follow. His gym is clean and neat all of the time. The other members are very friendly aswell. Jason is encouraging and truly cares about your success.

The owner is super friendly and knowledgeable. Cleanest facility in town, he makes everyone wipe down all the equipment after every use plus he vacuums and mops the floors every day. This is a private gym also.

Great small gym. Just remodeled. Been going there for years and the total environment is very nice and so are the people. I would highly recommend it for someone that wants to work out without the loud noise and just a relaxed atmosphere with everything you need in a gym.
