“Mario is my "knight in shining armor". As a busy, professional woman, with very limited spare time, I need my washing machine and tumble dryer to work. Three days ago, my dryer stopped blowing warm air and, effectively, became useless to me. It only blew cold air. None of our clothes would dry, no matter how long they were in the machine. Ugh!Based on other people's Yelp reviews, I called him up and he came to determine the problem. Fortunately, he had the part in stock and was able to do the repair immediately. My dryer is working properly again and I am so happy! He was professional, worked cleanly (very important!), efficient, and friendly. And, on a personal note, he is a lovely guy! His services are very highly recommended.“

“Randy and his team completed our system in a day. They did a fantastic job removed old system and placed new AC and heating. Randy was helpful in giving us suggestions on the best system to go with for our house. They showed up on time very polite and let us know what they were doing as it was being installed. The cost was lower than any other quotes we received for everything they did even putting in dual zone and checking ducts for correct placement & re routed where needed. “Very late on this review. I had Skelton come out to give me a quote on a new AC unit because it was inoperable. The estimator came took a look at it and noticed right away the capacitor was blown. He sent a tech out later that day with a new part and it worked. It has been and is still for the last 6 years now. Can't get more honest than that.“

“About two months ago Griswold Mechanical replaced our HVAC system. They were mid bid of three. I am extremely pleased with the performance of this company. “My daughter who lives in Mt Pleasant bought a townhouse and I was visiting helping to get a few things worked on. I knew I needed an HVAC company but had zero experience w/ any in the area. I submitted a Yelp query and quickly heard back from Lisa. I explained what I needed and she scheduled an appt to assess and talk estimates. Corey arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I needed two intake vents replaced, one was a custom size. And I needed 12 "boots" and grates replaced on the vents. I had tried to do this myself and it was just impossible. Corey explained what was needed and we discussed the price. Jump ahead to the work day. I needed to run some errands so I phoned the office to confirm arrival time. Lisa was quick to find out the answer and let me know. Around 10AM, per plan, Maurice and Marquis arrived. The work required hours of being on site and they were quick to get started. To say replacing the vents was difficult would be an understatement but they got it all done. Their work also involved doing a cleaning on the system. I would highly recommend these guys. From Lisa in the office, to Corey who did the estimate, to the Maurice / Marquis the install team.
