“Mario fixed my old water heater (needed replacement thermocouple) in about 30 min. He verified correct function of the water heater afterwards, gave me a few maintenance tips, and had it working again. His fee wasn't exorbitant either, Mario clearly knows what he's doing... he mentioned he had repaired aircraft in the military. Very friendly, explained what he was doing and why very clearly. I'd reach out to him again if I had another appliance that needed fixing.“

“I am new to Brentwood and was looking for a local HVAC contractor and came across Elite Comfort Systems via Yelp, Nextdoor, and Google. I hired them to do a routine maintenance/tune up of my 5 year old heater system. As a homeowner I am a firm believer of having a basic understanding of your systems and to ask questions of your contractors to gain a better understanding and to know what you are or will be paying for in the future. Although nothing was apparently wrong with my heater, preventative maintenance was the goal. Alex was very transparent and essentially gave me a crash course in HVAC while performing maintenance on my system. He explained the components, function, and what to look for. He also identified that the gas pressure was too high causing the system to shut down and reactivate prematurely. When all was said and done, my heater functions much more efficiently, holds temperatures longer, and only comes on when needed (I'm sure my next gas bill will reflect that). I plan on using them again in the spring to perform the same service on my AC unit.“

Randy was helpful in giving us suggestions on the best system to go with for our house. They showed up on time very polite and let us know what they were doing as it was being installed. They removed all old system and debris. They offered a great warranty package as well. I recommend Homefront heating and air to do your system. The cost was lower than any other quotes we received for everything they did even putting in dual zone and checking ducts for correct placement & re routed where needed. “Very late on this review. I had Skelton come out to give me a quote on a new AC unit because it was inoperable. The estimator came took a look at it and noticed right away the capacitor was blown. He sent a tech out later that day with a new part and it worked. It has been and is still for the last 6 years now. Can't get more honest than that.“

“My daughter who lives in Mt Pleasant bought a townhouse and I was visiting helping to get a few things worked on. I knew I needed an HVAC company but had zero experience w/ any in the area. I submitted a Yelp query and quickly heard back from Lisa. I explained what I needed and she scheduled an appt to assess and talk estimates. Corey arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I needed two intake vents replaced, one was a custom size. And I needed 12 "boots" and grates replaced on the vents. I had tried to do this myself and it was just impossible. Corey explained what was needed and we discussed the price. Jump ahead to the work day. I needed to run some errands so I phoned the office to confirm arrival time. Lisa was quick to find out the answer and let me know. Around 10AM, per plan, Maurice and Marquis arrived. The work required hours of being on site and they were quick to get started. To say replacing the vents was difficult would be an understatement but they got it all done. Their work also involved doing a cleaning on the system. I would highly recommend these guys. From Lisa in the office, to Corey who did the estimate, to the Maurice / Marquis the install team.
