“Just got a heat pump installed by AIS!We had someone come and give a quote, which took about 2 hours to go over our house and our needs.We had old ductwork that needed redoing that was making only half of the house get air conditioning.We had previously gotten an energy efficiency audit from Energineers that recommended redoing the ducts and upgrading our old furnace and A/C to a heat pump.AIS was the second business we got a quote from and were slightly more affordable (for a large expense like HVAC, it's good to get multiple quotes!).The system we had installed is a Bryant, which is related to Carrier.The install crew was professional and left minimal mess behind.Now our house is evenly heated!“

Our dryer started squeaking and I contacted this company through yelp- they responded extremely fast and gave me a few times they had available for that same day. They showed up on time, the tech wore booties in the house ( thank you!) he got the issue diagnosed really quickly and was able to fix it right them. He even showed me the parts he needed to replace in case I wanted to show the landlord. He was done in less than an hour and was very professional and polite. Very fairly priced and they send me a paid invoice the next day for my records. Dryer works great now- so thankful I found this company. I will recommend to anyone in need of appliance repair.“

The owner, Sonny, replaced our air conditioner and heater. He is very meticulous with his craft and works hard. The follow up customer service from his staff manager, Tiffany was awesome. They left no stone unturned when it comes to making sure everything is done right, especially since this was a big job. Sonny continued to check on us even weeks after the job was done. “Woke up one morning to no hot water. Never having an issue with the water heater before and not familiar with repair, I called Kbeck and was added to their schedule for that same day. In the meantime I watched a YouTube video on relighting the pilot light and to my luck it lit right up. I waited a couple of hours and checked the water temp and still no hot water. Leave it to the professionals. Kbeck arrived at the appointment time and had to replace the pilot assembly.Plus they have an A+ rating with Better Business Bureau.“

Was able to have technician show up w/in 90 mins (wow!)Dave is a godsend!! Listened to what my issues were, then got right to work. The installation was done very professionally and without hicccups. “Top service!!! About 1 pm our ancient water heater broke. At about 3 pm after doing some research I called Rivers. By 10 am the next morning Steve Rivers was at our door despite the rain with a new water heater to install. Plus he updated the gas valve. “Just a quick headsup that I did not go with Moore Mechanical for my project.Nevertheless, the proposal phase is also very important so this review is just a recap of my experience working with Kevin from Moore Mechanical, which long story short was a rewarding experience.A brief recap:My 25 year old ducted 10 SEER AC/furnace unit although still working seemed to use more and more power to cool and heat the home, so I wanted to look into installing a new HVAC unit.I contacted several companies to understand more about the systems and quotes they offered and 2 such companies were from the Diamond certified list, Moore mechanical being one of them.Kevin Bradley showed up with a friendly smile and great attitude. He was very thorough in examining my existing system outdoors and indoors in my attic as well. His proposal was similarly very thorough, but to me the price (parts plus labor) was a bit high for me for a system efficiency that I wanted. My point of comparison was another company that said they could install a similar system for significantly cheaper.I understand that oftentimes there is a price you pay for a quality install like the one from Moore Mechanical but as much as my heart wanted it my pocket and wallet liked the more friendly option especially since it used identical equipment.That said Kevin was very understanding of my budget plight. He promptly answered all my questions and addressed my concerns the best that he could.All in all, I was lucky to have met him and learned a lot from talking with him.I would definitely recommend Kevin to anyone interested in getting a new hvac system from Moore Mechanical.“
