He did an excellent job, documenting everything he did, and advising me on potential problems my system might have in the future and how to extend the life of my furnace. Mz Gina showed up and showed out ?by completing the task that was complicated for others. I have been without heat for a few days, I had another HVAC come in the day before her arrival, and he could not complete the task, he told me my heater was shot and he couldn't fix it and I had to pay over $7,000 for a new one ?. Gina came the following day, and remind you she wasn't here no longer than 15 minutes, and she understood the assignment, and now I have heat, thank you GINA, YOU'RE THEE BEST! ??
