Just a quick headsup that I did not go with Moore Mechanical for my project.Nevertheless, the proposal phase is also very important so this review is just a recap of my experience working with Kevin from Moore Mechanical, which long story short was a rewarding experience.A brief recap:My 25 year old ducted 10 SEER AC/furnace unit although still working seemed to use more and more power to cool and heat the home, so I wanted to look into installing a new HVAC unit.I contacted several companies to understand more about the systems and quotes they offered and 2 such companies were from the Diamond certified list, Moore mechanical being one of them.Kevin Bradley showed up...read full review

I had a new heat pump/AC system (with a new furnace) put in by Moore Mechanical last summer and the installation and the service since then has been great. The company has been very responsive with any questions or concerns I have had. I got several estimates before I selected Moore Mechanical and I’m very glad I went with them. I just had routine maintenance completed, and the technician (Ron) was very helpful and knowledgeable, as well as friendly, and on time! He also had good suggestions for preventing issues in the future and helped me find the right accessories. Just had another furnace inspection by Moore Mechanical. Ulises was wonderful, as have been all the other people I’ve met from this company. Though this service had been paid for in advance, I asked him about how to save a little money on a couple of ad-ons I’d like. He was very responsive and gave me an idea of how to cut down on costs. When I’m ready to spend a little more on our really terrific furnace, I’ll be asking Moore to help us again.Services: HVAC system maintenance
