I have been a homeowner for over 20 years and I have never received this high level of customer service as I had from Altamount Heating and Cooling. The owner, Sonny, replaced our air conditioner and heater. He is very meticulous with his craft and works hard. The follow up customer service from his staff manager, Tiffany was awesome. They left no stone unturned when it comes to making sure everything is done right, especially since this was a big job. Sonny continued to check on us even weeks after the job was done. I highly recommend this company. They are the gold standard in customer service!

Found these guys thru our homeowners warranty. The company was very quick in getting something scheduled and texted me updates as the appointment got closer. Joe B. arrived right on time, was super knowledgeable and professional, and also friendly. We would happily work with him and the Smarter Attic team again!Service: A/C system repair

My daughter called to say that the heater was not working in the house she is renting from us. She has a 3 year old and a 5 month old who has respiratory issues due to complications from birth. The temperature was supposed to drop into the 30's over the weekend. Being that it was Friday, I had no hope that I would find someone to come out that day.I looked up all the heating places in the Manteca area and Smarter Attic just stood out to me.
