Great experience with this company. Easy to set up an appointment online and then to confirm over the phone. The technician kept me informed on his arrival time and was thorough and efficient with the work. I'm looking forward to using this place for future work because of how easy and open this process was.
This was my first time using Elite HVAC. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs. Alex came out to discuss our options he ws professional, courteous and worked with us to discuss our needs. They got to work right away. Logan, Ozzy (Osvaldo) and Justin were fantastic. They installed our new Goodman furnace and A/C with care and answered all of our questions and took time to explain what they were doing along the way. They did a great job!!!
We had our first contact with Elite when the estimator came to our house.He was very personable but even more impressive was his depth of knowledge on HVAC systems. We had multiple estimates at a range of prices and only this young man was detailed and confident of his estimate. After reviewing the completed written estimate, the price, and the timeline we signed a contract. The installation crew of three were friendly, efficient, and dependable.
