We brought our cat in presenting pretty severe conditions after some ER visits that felt dismissive, and Dr. Atid immediately made us feel validated and also explained everything to us in great detail. “I saw an exotic Vet here and she was very helpful. She even recommended me to another vet that specializes in lizards. They are very organized and the staff was very friendly. I think I'll likely visit them again since I have other scaly friends. It was warm and welcome. I didn't feel rushed and felt as if they really cared about my pet. For me, finding a empathetic vet is always my goal.“
“Overall very good and caring vets and the receptionists are great. But they overcharge for almost everything. Got the influenza for 80$ and my friends dogs was only 40$. They also take a deposit for appointments now which is ridiculous.“
“First, the price. This is a specialist for pets. We're going up a tier from a conventional veterinarian. The price is going to be high, there's just no way around that. I'm fortunate enough to be able to afford it. So as an aside, if your monthly budget can take the hit, consider pet insurance. I was referred to D4A by my regular veterinarians at East Hills in Antioch as one of my cats had developed a severe overgrooming problem they weren't able to get a handle on. I had to be waitlisted for months to get an appointment. It was unfortunate but again, I get it. My actual experience? Very positive. Allie can be a fractious cat with some vets, but she was apparently very well behaved here. Dr. Wendy Terry is *wonderful.* She and the D4A staff are *thorough.* The appointment time was long but I never felt like it was wasted time. And I was struck by Dr. Terry's approach: very knowledgeable, very communicative, and very warm. They will send you home with detailed information on what's going on with your pet, what your treatment plan is, and what to do if you run into problems. When I did run into issues, Dr. Terry went out of her way to call me during the evening and spent a good fifteen minutes of her off hours working out our next steps with Allie. I can't speak to the negative experiences other people seem to have had. It's entirely possible there's a staff member here that I never interacted with who just straight up sucks. I just know my experience with the staff and especially Dr. Terry was very positive.“

“I have been taking my two kitties Ani and Esther to Apollo and they like Dr. G., the doctor who works Saturdays. The staff is absolutely wonderful, Desiree, the technician who is usually with a doctor is very kind and loves cats. What I like about the doctor is that he’s pretty straight forward, he let me be with my cats when he’s examining them and giving them shots, and I simply trust him. I had been going to some horrible vets before and these people at Apollo are good people and I highly recommend them. They work long hours and they’re accommodating. My cats went for a visit today and they did great! Thank you Dr. G. and staff, I will be back… Sincerely, Margie, client?“

“This is the BEST vet. I can’t say enough good things about them. They are so helpful, caring and knowledgeable. Unfortunately we had to move, but for anything serious, I would drive 4 hours to take my dog to see Dr.Lee. Would give 6 stars for this vet if I could!“
