Overall very good and caring vets and the receptionists are great. But they overcharge for almost everything. Got the influenza for 80$ and my friends dogs was only 40$. They also take a deposit for appointments now which is ridiculous.

Today was one of the worst days of my life. My little chi/pom of 13 years had to be put down today. Daisy was my late mothers service dog so she was the only part of my mother I had left. The staff was extremely kind. I am forever lost but grateful for the compassion and kindness they showed my dear Daisy May. They made a horrible lost much easier. I am forever grateful my girl is out of pain and with my mother now. Thank you Sun Valley

I am grateful to have compassionate veterinary care for my myriad of pets over the many years. The vets and staff are kind and caring, and are interested in my pets. I don’t feel criticized, and in financial decisions I don’t feel pressured. One of our dogs had to be euthanized after a long illness, and the vets/staff were very supportive with all the decisions that were made leading up to that. I imagine nothing in veterinary care is inexpensive, but I don’t feel that they are squeezing every penny out of me. It’s nice to have a care team.
