“We are so grateful for this clinic—we made an appointment at the Rosemead location. Prime is one of the few clinics (in California, it seems) that could provide the most recent Covid boosters for our toddlers, our youngest being 2 years old. We called all over the Bay Area and Southern California, and the patience answering my questions and knowledge the staff had re: the CDC guidelines was so reassuring. They have convenient weekend hours and the staff and nurses were kind, knowledgeable and great with children. Over the phone and in person, very communicative! Thank you Prime!! “I went in to this urgent care because I thought I was trying to pop a pimple in my ear but then it swelled up and was almost blocking my ear canal. No pain, but looked really bad and when I went in not only did I get in super fast, but nurse Monica was absolutely incredible. Friendly and calm and fun. She did all of the prep work, and then when they knew they needed to drain my ear, she sent me to another room. Once I got in that room, she kept me incredibly calm and relaxed. While Dr. Nguyên was performing the procedure to drain the blood from my ear, nurse Monica was there to hold a buzzing machine on my neck that made a noise and a sensation that took my mind off of what was going on. She also made jokes and kept things light. When I thought I was going to pass out from the pain and intensity of what was going on , she immediately got me a bucket and started fanning me while also assisting Dr. Nguyen, who was skillfully and quickly taking out the blood as fast as she could, while letting me know what was going on to calm my nerves. The two of them were extremely helpful in making a situation that I have never been in before , very comfortable . I am so incredibly grateful for this team. You are in good hands if you go to this urgent care. Thank you so much Nurse Monica, and Dr. Nguyen for all of your help. I am grateful!“

“This is a clinic with overall good primary care. I was looking for a clinic that allows same-day new patient appointments for immunization titer labs and I was glad this clinic worked. I had looked over many of the providers/locations that my health insurance Aetna covers but I didn't see this clinic on the list. Luckily this clinic also accepts Aetna. I found this clinic simply by using Google Maps to find the nearest clinics to my home. My appointment was on a Friday afternoon and there were only a few patients when I was there. I didn't wait too long before I was seen. The front desk assistant, lab technician and the PA who I had interactions with were all nice. They were helpful when they answered my questions and fulfilled my needs. After the clinic obtained and processed my blood lab work, it took them around 2 weeks to give me a follow-up (via telehealth/virtual) update of my lab results. Then it took a while for the physician to sign my lab report and for me to receive my PDF lab report. I had to message my PA on the online patient portal to remind them about the PDF lab report. I'd continue to use this clinic if I'm staying in this area! One thing I wish this clinic could improve was the new patient paperwork. I had answered all those questions on that very extensive new patient survey (online), but I had to re-answer many of the same questions when I was at the clinic in-person. I saw the lab technician type in all my answers on my patient profile. They could have transferred all my pre-filled online survey data to my patient profile before or after I visited. I didn't like it when I had to wait for them to manually fill in all my information when I had spent a long time filling out that very extensive new patient survey beforehand.“

“The quality of care here is top tier. I have never in my life met a Dr such as Dr Kathy Wilson she showed an exceptional amount of integrity , sincerity , kindness compassion and empathy for me as a patient. She was extremely transparent and clearly articulated the results of her exam with me. The receptionist and nursing staff were all virtuous , respectful and helpful. Even the security guard outside offered me a seat while I was waiting for a ride and held the door open for a woman with a stroller. (That was highly impressive.) Overall, I appreciate how well I was treated and thought women or anyone searching for a kind and caring obgyn / gynecologist who is also an exceptional listener should visit. I was dually impressed with how well the staff assisted a young patient that was accompanied by a hearing impaired adult . The accommodations for differently abled people in the building is commendable. Also though this may be slightly off topic , I would like to recommend placing large font subtitles on the TV's in the pediatric waiting rooms as a means of assisting young learners with the challenges of reading.“
