Receptionist with accent are very rude. They will put you on hold forget about you and then act like nothing happened not only that they’re not getting any new patients. Just an FYI also, after I told them, I was upset about them, putting me on hold for that long she transfer me to somebody else who I had to re-hold my call and explain myself all over again just to be told they are not taking any more patients new I don’t recommend this place

I have been a patient since 2020 when diagnosed with RA. The dr was great, answered all of my questions and ordered a full work up. My insurance requires prior authorization for any services required and this is where my nightmare began. They informed me authorization could take a few weeks for the provided to approve, my experience with my provider so far has been 2 weeks max when submitted in a timely manner. The problem with this front office is they NEVER get anything done in a timely manner. 6 months later and I was still waiting around for test because my provider didn't even have the request to approve. This place is possibly the worst place you can go. It's a 3-4 hour wait just to speak to the doctor for a telehealth appointment. The office staff are incompetent. Orders they say will be put in, turn out to never have been put in, and then they play d*** like they had never said they'd put it in. You'll get worse rather than better waiting for them to get their s*** together for you to actually get what you need. The office manager needs to go. She's rude and is poor at doing her job. The doctor may be good, but the office staff is s****
