Under new Ownership/management. Took my wife here since she had unexpected symptoms of vertigo, nausea, loss of balance, etc. The front desk was not very friendly and had bad energy all around. The doctor upon seeing my wife and hearing the symptoms just kept asking if she's pregnant and was stuck on that and "diagnosed" her with the wrong thing. We took our wife to PIH ER and immediately seeing the doctors there it was a huge red flag to the doctors that their main concern was Stroke....Now imagine that! She was immediately admitted to the hospital to the Neurology dept to run lots of tests. Not once did this urgent care even mention these concerns. Just some quick medicine and go home. I highly recommend you think twice about coming here. We typically go to PIH Urgent Care but unfortunately had to go here and wont ever make that mistake again.

Terrible. Rushed me out so they could go to lunch and acted like I was faking symptoms. Very passive aggressive physicians. Unprofessional people working the desk. Refused to take my insurance and made me pay cash. It's about the money, people. AME? More like AMCE.

Best urgent care experience. The wait was only about ten minutes, the ladies on the desk were very attentive. They even popped on a movie for the kids. The DR was also very informative and felt like she listened. I would definitely recommend coming here. I'm the type to just skip urgent care and just suck up the pain because of how scared I am of places like this. This place made me feel at ease.
