“I needed to totally remodel a 1970 small master bath. Found the website for Inspired Builders (IB) and used it to request a quote rather than calling. Vitaly got back to me within 24 hours. Did the same with two other contractors and nobody reached out to me, even after a month. IB was willing to start when I was available. They indicated the time it would take and I got a good vibe so I did not get any other quotes. I really liked that they also had a designer who help me plan and pick out tile, granite, etc. since this is the first remodel I have ever done. Nicole provided images as to what the room would look like with the tile, granite, etc. we had selected. She also provided links to suggested small items like towel racks, etc. Communications were great and because I worked from home while the work was going on so decisions (paint color, door style, etc.) and issues were resolved quickly, resulting in the project being completed in the time that Vitaly said it would take, even though we had two change orders. The main person that worked on the drywall, granite, tile, etc. was Moises. He was excellent and I appreciated his eye for detail because I can be picky. I was able to check out the work every day and could not catch any mistakes he had made. Overall, a great experience resulting in a very clean and elegant bathroom.“

He gave me a very reasonable flat rate on the spot (which was cheaper than other quotes), and showed up as promised and completed the job without any hassle. “Just finished our full kitchen remodel with Construction & More and we are very happy with the results. After unsatisfactory interviews with a couple contractors and Home Depot, it was a pleasure to have a positive initial meeting with Avi at their office. Having an office in Fremont was also big plus to me, because traffic is such an issue these days.

The paperwork was all very clear and easy to understand. Alex was very patient as we made numerous changes to the design to squeeze as much as we could into our fairly small kitchen. Once the design was settled, things started moving very quickly and there was significant progress each day. Their team helped to set up a temporary kitchen in the adjacent room, which made things much more livable for us during the project. Communication through a WhatsApp group worked very well – Avi and the team were always quick to respond to any questions or requests. We had some additional work in the garage, and we added a few items during the project. The price for these additions were quite reasonable. Avi managed the permits with the City very well and there we no issues. We are very pleased with speed their quality of work/attention to detail and we’re very happy with our new kitchen.
