LV optometry was quick to reply to my inquiry about an eye health exam compared to other places. I was able to book an appointment within a day and I had a great experience. The exam was very thorough which I really appreciated and the doctors were informative on all the tests that were done. I found a pair of glasses from their large inventory and placed an order with them. I would highly recommend LV optometry for your needs anytime!

From the initial phone call to schedule the repair, all the way to the completed job, everything went smoothly. There are other companies in the area that will try to overcharge for very simple issues. Otto's is 100% trustworthy and always does a great job.

Emily serviced me with an acrylic fill with gel. I messaged her here on Yelp and she instantly replied. She was able to fit me in with short notice. The first picture I uploaded was the inspo pic I showed her-- she was able to deliver quite identically. Emily is not only a talented nail tech but she was fast and finished my set within an hour despite having a lot of designs. I recommend her if you want quality nails with designs.
The nail tech that did my gel Manicure was very nice and through. She really took her time to clean up my cuticles and color match the polish to a photo I showed her. I took off one star bc my appointment for a simple manicure took two hours bc some of the nails ended up with really thick polish and they had to redo it. But overall happy with the service and results for the price

Lisa cuts my hair and she does great! When I first went here i just got a trim and it was perfect. The second time Lisa convinced me to cut all my dead ends off and I also got curtain bangs and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED how my hair looked when I cut the dead ends off! Lisa does a great job!

She gave me a cut and highlight job so good, that I went to bed with my hair wet and woke up with it good to go. I can't believe it . She knows exactly what she's doing and understands her craft! She books far out in advance so keep that in mind if you are new!
This has been my go to salon in the Bay Area since my senior year of high school . I have a main stylist (Kathy), but have gotten haircuts from all of them and they all do a fantastic job. Despite my hairstyle changing throughout the years, Kathy always deliver. I haven't had a complaint in all the years that I've been here. On top of the service and the price, there is a community here. Kathy has been there for my high school graduation haircut, all the way to the haircut for my first interview. The hair stylists here are all friendly, and we converse like they're all my aunties and uncles. I also see other people coming in talking to the hair stylists as best friends would. I would definitely give this place a shot if you haven't already. I love this place. PS it is cash only, and if you have a reference photo, it would be really helpful!
After a long search for a hairdresser, my search has ended. I found Hair's Looking At You! Louis gave me a great haircut where others could not. I wanted a nice Bob cut to fit my face and he was spot on. I have now found my hairdresser and am very happy. Give Louis a try. A man of few words, listens to what you want - I showed pictures, and his command of his scissors did the rest. I am very happy now! He is very skilled.
The vibe was aesthetic and calming. My stylist, Leo was also very friendly and provided great suggestions for how to cut my hair and frame my face after I showed him some sample pictures. Would definitely be coming back for my haircuts from now on!
vicki was amazing! i was debating between two places and saw that la sini had a groupon so i thought i'd try it. vicki was amazing - she did full gentle extractions, eyebrow shaping, oxygen, ultrasound, the whole bit. the neck/shoulder massage was sooooo good. i will go back to try their other facial services.

I haven't had lash extensions in a while since I recently moved to SF and tend to be super picky about how I like my lashes. I'm usually scared of new lash techs but Kay really took time to listen to what I want and reviewed photos of previous sets I had. She sat me down and went through the different types of lashes she had and we settled on "Rabbit" since it's less curly and thinner. The entire classic set took about 90 minutes and they look amazing! They look natural and fit my eye shape well. One of my biggest concerns about eyelash extensions is looking weird without makeup but the set I got here looks good even without makeup.

Lexy has been by far the best I have ever had. Due to my body type most therapist are not able to get through my muscle tissues like she does. She always seems to know exactly where my issues are located. She is very professional, her establishment is very clean and inviting.

I cannot recommend Dr. Tsai highly enough. She is a phenomenal dentist whose expertise and care make every visit a positive experience. Her staff are equally outstanding, always willing to spend extra time addressing treatment plans and insurance questions. The office is equipped with the latest technology, enhancing the quality of care. We've been coming here for about three years, and even my children, aged 3 and 6, enjoy their visits. This dental office is top-notch--highly recommended to everyone.
My kids have been going to Dr. Nick for 5 years, but I had such a great experience this morning that I had to run home and write a yelp review! For my wild wild bunch, this guy and his team worked wonders. Taking 3 kids out of school during the day is really difficult to manage, so we were on a tight timeline. The dental hygienists were ready to roll right on time, the moment we walked in. They were so kind and caring, too. None of my kids get nervous going to the Dr. Nick for checkups - they walk right in and are super excited to watch a movie or see the characters on the wall. His team seamlessly ran through 3 kids in less than 40 minutes (including X-rays!) and we were on our way. He checked teeth, chatted with each kid, and emphasized areas we need to focus on. And of course on the way out, it's such a nice touch to have the prize box and the "goody bags" full of new toothbrushes and toothpaste and floss.
What a great experience! I had not been to the dentist is an embarrassing about of time, Andrea at the front desk is amazingly efficient, polite and just easy to work with. I was quickly scheduled and went in today for X-rays and cleaning. Eric, the dental hygienist made the experience extremely comfortable and did an amazing job cleaning my long over due teeth! I highly recommend this office!
Dr Dennis Balch is very professional , adjusted my body for over 2 years, I am pain Free now ? I have visited multiple Chiropractors, Dr Balch is the best ?? Thank God ??
I've been in the care of Dr. Jandial and his staff since June of 2023. Their service has always been paramount. If I missed appointment I would recieve a call and it would be immediately rescheduled. Dr. Jandial is exceptional when it comes to your physical and mental health needs. He takes time to listen to your issues and will provide you with sound advice and if he doesnt have the answers, he will help you find them.
It's only my 3rd visit with Dr Balch but he is the one I will continue to visit from now on with my neck issues. He's great with doing my adjustments, I also get back massages, I love the muscle stimulating machine and most of all, the new traction machine! I highly recommend him & his staff.

I've had acupuncture needles stuck in me since I was 1-2 years ago and have had a couple of acupuncturist in my own family. I have also lived in China for a couple years with the intent to attend the Beijing Acupuncture University back in the 80's. Needless to say, I have a lifetime of experience with the art of acupuncture and know who's good and who's not.Dr. Richard is an excellent acupuncturist and skilled at TuiNa Medical massage/acupressure. His skills are China taught (way much better than those trained anywhere else). How do you know the difference? Most US trained acupuncturist are afraid to go to the depth of where the needles need to reach to be most effective.I've been seeing Dr. Richard for many many years and I won't see anyone else. Him and his wife are a delight to see and they make it very convenient for when I need to come in (even on the same day). Don't waste your time on the others.... make your appointment today and don't trust reviewers that don't have any experience with the Art of Acupuncture. Happy health : )
She is really good. My back was hurting so bad I could barely do any housework. It. Was. Bad. I was feeling pretty down because I had done physical therapy which did nothing, so I was feeling kind of hopeless. She's a miracle worker. She is very sweet and friendly.
Saw Dr. Ho a while back and neglected to write this. It would be 5 stars were it not for one thing that happened. I got positive results in that it seemed to reduce the pain for which I went to see him and though it stopped working after a while, I don't attribute this to his practice but to that my system seems to get desensitized no matter the type of intervention. He is a man of few words and has a lot of confidence in his demeanor, which is fine, not that I wanted him to say any more than he was. Either it's his nurse or his receptionist, which might be his wife, who after the needles have been for a while, comes in and removes the needles. The office is centrally located and clean and neat inside, looking more like a house with a long narrow corridor and multiple rooms. The cost for services seems like the rate for this area, and though he does other stuff like cupping, I never got that done (only acupuncture). Once, what happened is: I walked there and back from my house, and as I was walking back from the acupuncture, noticed a horrific pain in my right calk. I never lifted my pant leg to see, I just kept walking. That's totally on me and my mistake. I should've stopped to see WTF was the matter. It wasn't till I got home and took off my pants, that I saw the needle still in my calf! He normally put needles all up and down my body,, and tbh, I always closed my eyes so never knew the exact locations. When I saw that needle, I freaked out, took it out. Called their office and massively complained. I was shocked that they were not more apologetic, and rather matter of fact. Huh? Is this a thing of such frequency in the acupuncture world that my reaction is overkill? Not sure. But still, it would've been nice to get a profuse apology and remorse/regret, but I didn't. I did go back after that, and in that visit, mentioned again the incident with the needle left in my calf, and he didn't seem all that bothered. Not long after that, a few visits more and I stopped.
