I called about my furnace not giving heat. They had a tech, Hashem, was at our house within two hours of my call. He diagnosed the issue, went to get the part and had my furnace fixed within 2 hours. Great Service!

I was contacted by the dispatch manager in the expected time and the technician was scheduled to come the next day. Sanad arrived promptly as scheduled, listened to me, and inspected my furnace and heating ducts. He was quite familiar with these systems. He understood and carefully explained the behavior we had been experiencing. I was pleased to have a knowledgeable tech onsite who took the time to adjust the system and stay long enough to see it working properly.
