“This is a review for Jackie Larkins, who did hair for my wedding this past weekend (for myself, my 6 bridesmaids, and my mom). Jackie was incredibly responsive throughout the whole planning process, and she really listened to my feedback after the trial. She was so much fun on the day, and moved efficiently but carefully through everyone, keeping our timeline on track. She gave us all updo's that complemented each other but were unique to each person, and my hair stayed perfectly in place despite crazy heat and 3 hours of intense dancing! Alicia paid attention to my needs; I wasn't really expecting anything super extravagant look but I was in awe already during our make up trial and the time of the event, she really glammed me up and I was so obsessed with my hair and make up all night! She educates you during the process and informs you what she's putting on your face so that you are well-prepared. She's very personable and you can really tell that she's passionate for glamming people up but at the same time, attending to our needs as customers. “I went to get my hair done and makeup done for an event. I saw Lola for both. I’ve been to many salons over the years, but nobody has ever heard what I wanted or done it as well as she did. My hair was to die for. She also got my makeup just right.

When you are in the spotlight. You want the quiet comfort of knowing you look beautiful. It helps own any space. Lola gave me a gift in that.

“My partner and I got married at San Francisco City Hall recently and when I reached out to schedule a hair/makeup appointment, Robert was kind, responsive, and gave me all the information I needed to know. Aside from being a lovely, accommodating person who made me feel very comfortable in her cozy studio, Mei was a complete pro and did an amazing job! If I had the budget to also do a trial beforehand I absolutely would have, but considering I went in the day of with just a few small suggestions on what I wanted out of my look, Mei was able to work magic. She does a stunning natural makeup look, which was just what I wanted. For my hair, I only asked for something classic/vintage-inspired that was pinned up on the sides, and she took that and created such a beautiful and simple style. Hair and makeup stood up through hours of running around city hall with our photographer and our evening afterparty. I was such a happy bride and will be forever grateful!“

She took time to hear my thoughts and examine my hair to make sure we were going for the same thing. The result was a natural well blended blonde accent completed with a beautiful flowy hairstyle that was exactly what i was looking for!! Molly and Kelly worked as a team at time and i really enjoyed the entire experience. Also important to note - they use all natural non toxic color and hair care so no ammonia smell whatsoever and no more of that dry hair feel.
