From the beginning, Monica guided us expertly and was incredibly communicative, helpful and transparent about costs and timing. They even coordinated payment & timing of construction while they were on vacation! Hikmet has been in the business for 30 years and once we picked out our materials, he and his team were in and out of our house in five days. Which is incredible for a 2200 sqft home and they left the place very clean.

“I wish I could give them 10 stars. Jeff is the perfect mixture of easy-going and detail oriented. I stumbled across his shop one day after visiting a few larger businesses, and he immediately put me at ease with his professionalism and knowledge. I went in to the shop four or five times before deciding on a final floor, picking up and dropping off samples each time and never felt like I was being annoying and indecisive even though I was! When I changed my mind mid job, about a section of the floor, he pivoted easily. Everything about the installation process was seamless. Jeff came over to measure and answer questions, and his installers were a pleasure to have around, and the quality of their work was outstanding. I worked with several other subcontractors on this project, and without a doubt, this was my favorite.“

“Larry Klosowski and his able team of Glenn and Steve, spent roughly two weeks refinishing a few thousand square feet of hardwood flooring in our home. Larry and his team operated very carefully in our home, caused no collateral damage to walls or anything else, fulfilled every commitment they made, and completed the job on time. Service afterwards was also spectacular. Price was reasonable. If I will ever need more work done to the floors, Rode Brothers will be the company I call first.“

“Well, I didn't actually make a purchase from Radiant Way (my project took a new direction) but the service was so outstanding that I felt compelled to write a 5 star review. I called and spoke with Jenine on several occasions about underfloor heating (actually the manufacture of the product I was interested in suggested I call Radiant Way which is hos I found them) and she was very helpful and knowledgable. I would recommend this company to anyone. When I had a concern about my tile installer working with the product Jenine told me not to worry that he could even talk to the owner of the company for advice if he needed it. “Off the charts great. Superb old time skills with wooden flooring, techniques and finish. They extended wooden flooring in my 90yr old $1.6m cottage and it looks (and feels) wonderful. A couple of guys, Norm, and Xavier - really skilled, caring and simply nice guys to have in your house. Would recommend them to anyone. Incidenatally, these guys came in under Lamperti Contracting of San Rafael, another class act.“

I live down the street and I believe my landlord purchased her hardwood floors from this location and I must say they did a beautiful job.
