Sade went above and beyond to find answers to how to clean my hardwood floors due to my pet. She called other managers to seek the best advice and response was within an hour of my visit. Her co worker Elijah looked up best ways to clean my hardwood floors due to my pet and this was very helpful. When I entered the store they were so welcoming, inviting and comfortable. I live down the street and I believe my landlord purchased her hardwood floors from this location and I must say they did a beautiful job. We had a leak in our home & visited a couple of flooring companies, obtained bids from contractors & felt somewhat overwhelmed with all that was ahead of us, including moving out temporarily. After waiting for written bids for 2+ weeks, we asked Lumber Liquidators to come out, measure & recommend a flooring product. The LL contractor was fabulous, alerting us to leveling & other moisture problems we were unaware of. The written bid came 2 days later! Jeanette (the LL staff person at this store was equally as helpful (thanks Jeanette!!) & we were finally able to begin our project! Stopped by today and had some questions about flooring. I learned more about flooring in ten minutes of talking to the young man working there than all the years that I have been shopping at Home Depot. I didn't have to wait or walk a couple of miles to find someone either. Prices are about the same too.
