Unprofessional unreliable What was waste of time. We needed to replace the floors for our buena vista condo. We made an appointment to go to the floor craft store to look at what options would be available. The owner 20 minutes before the appointed time tried to cancel the appointment. Highly unprofessional. The following week he came out to our home to measure. Though he did cancel the first appointment for some spurious reason. He then refused to acknowledge any further correspondence regarding estimates. An absolute waste of time and extremely bad mannered.
It went beautifully. It was very professionally done. We want to give them the highest recommendation. Every aspect of the job was thoroughly explained. We appreciated the time that was taken to do that.
Avo did a fantastic job refinishing the incredibly beat up hard wood floors in our 1915 craftsman home in the Inner Sunset. The work included replacing some water damaged sections. We were extremely impressed with Avo's passion and professionalism. The price was reasonable and the quality of the work was 100% A ++.If you are surfing the net looking for a good hardwood floor pro, stop surfing and contact Avo at Area Floor Works ASAP. Avo and team are excellent. We recommend them highly.
